UPDATE: Knox County escapee recaptured

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – An inmate has been recaptured in Knox County after walking away from a work release detail Wednesday morning, according to investigators.

Victor S Marion, Junior is back in jail, according to authorities.

Investigators say he was initially in jail on charges of public intoxication, theft by unlawful taking, and drug paraphernalia.
