Eight Arrested In Drug Bust At Lexington Hotel
Police arrested eight people following a raid on a hotel room in Lexington.
According to court documents, police went to a room at the Hyatt Regency on West High Street with a search warrant.
Documents said they found heroin, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in the room.
Police arrested Whitney Austin, Emanyo Brown, Thomas Brown, Anthony Johnson, Michael Johnson, Glen McGowan, Khaaliq Owens, Brandon Pressley and Marquel Johnson,
Police also said there was a 17-year-old girl in the room at the time.
All eight suspects are charged with conspiracy to traffic heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful transaction with a minor.
All are scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
