Honor Flight Bluegrass

Honor Flight Bluegrass is a non-profit organization of volunteers that sends World War II, Korean and Vietnam War Veterans free of charge to Washington, D.C. to see their memorials.

The next flight will take place on Saturday, Sept. 16 for 70 veterans and their guardians. The public is welcome to attend the “welcome home” celebration to greet the Veterans upon their return home from the trip that evening by 9 p.m. at the Bluegrass Airport.
