Two people arrested in connection to Frankfort shooting

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)- Two people have been arrested following a fatal shooting in Frankfort.

Jail officials say 23-year-old Shaquille Young turned himself in Saturday afternoon.

He is charged with shooting and killing 24-year-old Christian Fowler.

Police say about an hour later, a 17 year-old woman was also in custody.

She is charged with complicity to murder.

Fowler was found Monday night outside Hickory Hills Manor Apartment Complex.
