Police: Two separate shots fired calls are believed to be connected
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two separate shots fired calls are believed to be connected, according to police.
According to the Lexington police, shots were fired into the parking lot of Tri City Auto off New Circle Road around noon on Wednesday.
They say no one was hurt and nothing was hit.
The second shots fired call was around 2 p.m.
Police say a house was hit multiple times off of Colchester Drive.
No one was hurt in that home, according to officials.
Authorities say the suspect’s blue Nissan Altima was found off of Florence Ave. abandoned.
The suspect is not the owner of the vehicle, according to investigators.
Officials say when the male suspect is caught he will be charged with two counts of wanton endangerment.
