Great American Pie Contest Returns To Lexington

Bakers across the Bluegrass compete for the title of best pie. 

"The Great American Pie Contest" kicked off Lexington’s July 4th festivities.

Chief Meteorologist Jason Myers MC’ed the event. 

Stephanie Jeter won the best pie from scratch with a black raspberry chocolate pie. 

Jessica Dooley won best looking pie with a sour cream peach with pecan juice.  She also won best semi-homemade pie with a cinnamon roll apple.
