Suspect, victim identified in Friday Lexington homicide

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police say they have arrested 40-year-old Timothy Fogle shortly after asking the public for help finding him.

He is accused of murdering Theodore Custard. Police say they went to look for Custard at the Augusta Arms Apartments Friday after family had not heard from him in a while.

Officers found Custard dead in his apartment. Investigators say they have learned Fogle and Custard knew each other, and they think the two fought.

The Coroner’s report says Custard died of sharp force injuries.
