The Foster Care Council of Lexington – Shalamar Parrish, Author of “Leading Lady”

The Foster Care Council of Lexington is a non-profit organization with the goal of providing funds for educational opportunities to help foster children persevere! Today, Shalamar Parrish joined us at the table to tell us all about her book “Leading Lady”, a fiction book which educates people on the real impacts of being a foster kid.
