You can call them Lexington’s first family of boxing – Samantha and her brother Thomas carving the Kinchen name into lore.

Samantha – a four-time national champ – unable to box yesterday at Lexington Legends gyms’ "Gloves Not Guns" boxing exhibition. Thomas winning his fight however.

Rod Strickland – himself an accomplished athlete, in awe of the prowess of both the Kinchen kids.
