LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The UK men’s basketball team’s latest workout session at Kroger Field spilled over into Thursday morning from Wednesday night.

They’re calling it #midnightstrong and it starts with the stairs in the upper deck as you see in the video posted by the UK men’s basketball Twitter account.

From there the guys move to medicine ball work and ropes action.  A little push up time to round it out and some other stuff along the way makes it extra fun.

It’s all to get hyped together.  The players chanting at the end, “Hard work.  Easy work.” In case you can’t hear it in the video.

Some of the guys tweeted out their takes afterward.  The sentiment?  This bunch is coming together and loving the challenge ahead.
