Fire destroys Estill County home

IRVINE, Ky. (WTVQ) — According to the Hargett Fire Department, a home in Estill County was destroyed in an early morning fire Monday.

Crews tell ABC 36 News the home on Wall Street was vacant.

The fire department responded to reports of a fire around 5:00 a.m.

ABC 36 News was told no one was injured in the fire.

When asked about any ongoing investigation into the cause, including possible arson, the fire department said, “no comment.”
