London man accused of raping 4-year old child

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A London man is accused of raping a 4-year old child on several occasions, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say 42-year old Ray Bennett was arrested Wednesday. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
