LP: Brothers arrested for raping same woman

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two brothers are behind bars after police say they raped the same woman.

According to Lexington Police 50-year-old James Mcintosh and 52-year-old Roy Mcintosh took turns raping a woman on May 21st.

Detectives say one of the brothers told the woman she would not remember the assault when she woke up then gave her a shot of heroin.

Both men are charged with first degree rape.

When they appeared in court on Wednesday the judge said they are considered a flight risk and a danger to themselves and others.

Their bond is set at ten thousand dollars, according to police.
