Frankfort Police looking for two suspects in robbery and fatal shooting

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)- Frankfort Police are looking for two suspects in connection to a robbery and shooting Friday night that left a man dead.

Police say around 10 p.m. they were called to the Marathon gas station on Holmes Street.

They say they found two men tried to rob the store clerk and a handyman at gun point after they had just locked up.

During that robbery, police say one suspect shot the handyman, who died at the scene. The coroner has identified him as 54-year-old Frankfort resident Adan Juarez Vicente.

Police say the suspects ran away towards Grand Avenue where witnesses saw them get into a dark colored, possibly grey Chevy.
