Redneck Rivalry – Bluegrass Mystery Theatre
Sheree Sharp, with CastlePost, and Dana Edison, owner of the Bluegrass Mystery Theatre, stop by the studio to tell Eric Burke about their latest production, “Redneck Rivalry.”
Written by Paula Hilton, “Redneck Rivalry” takes audiences to the grand opening of Phyllis Jawjackins new diner. She’s invited friends, family and maybe an enemy or two. The Wonky boys, Bunky & Willy sort of think the diner should be theirs and they’re prepared to make it happen. Phyllis’s best friend Mavis has the hots for Bunky, Bunky has the hots for Dory, Dory has the hots for Willy and Willy has the hots for Phyllis. It’s a love square!! The party comes to a screeching halt when one of the four is MURDERED!! See if you can figure out “Who Done it” in this hysterical down home mystery.
