DiverCity Festival returns to downtown Lexington on Saturday, road closures scheduled

The DiverCity Festival will take place at the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The DiverCity Festival returns to downtown Lexington on Saturday, April 30, bringing some road closures.

According to city leaders, the festival seeks to educate, embrace, and celebrate the multitude of cultures that enrich Lexington. This year’s festival features dozens of vendors and performances that showcase the multitude of cultures that make up the City of Lexington.

The festival is scheduled to take place at the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza located at 120 N. Limestone from noon until 7 p.m.

The city says there are some street closures sheduled for the DiverCity Festival. Limestone between Main and Barr St., Short St between Limestone and N MLK, and Barr St between N Limestone and N MLK Blvd will be closed on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
