Three injured in Georgetown knife fight

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ)- Three people are in the hospital and one man is in custody after a fight broke out at a Georgetown apartment building Wednesday night.

Georgetown police say two men started fighting near the top stairs of an apartment building off Elm Court.

Two women tried to break up the fight and that’s when police say a knife was pulled.

Police say both women suffered cuts on their wrists and one of the men hurt his shoulder. All three were taken to the hospital.

The fourth man was taken into custody for questioning.

No arrests have been made but police say they are still questioning all four people involved.
