Greenup Co. man arrested on child sexual exploitation offenses

RACELAND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police with the Electronic Crime Branch arrested 63-year-old Gary H. Kendall on Thursday on charges related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Troopers say an undercover investigation was opened on Kendall after he was discovered online sharing images of child sexual exploitation.

A search warrant was executed on Kendall, and equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.

Kendall is currently charged with one count of distribution.

He was taken to the Greenup County Detention Center.
