Statue Honoring Charles Ramsey To Be Unveiled
A hero in Ohio is being memorialized in Kentucky.
In Floyd County, a 19-foot statue of Charles Ramsey will be revealed Friday.
He’s the man credited with saving three Cleveland women held captive in a home for over a decade.
Ramsey will be at the Stanville law firm of Eric C. Conn, who commissioned the statue according to a news release.
The meet-and0greet and statue unveiling is scheduled from noon to 2 p.m.
However, the memorial won’t be staying in Kentucky–the release said it will instead be donated to a museum in Cleveland.
