Laurel County man arrested after missing girl found under bed

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Laurel County man was arrested Wednesday morning after investigators say they found a missing teenage girl under a bed suffering from an overdose.

Investigators say they arrested 38-year-old Teddy Fox at a home on Paris Karr Road near Corbin.

Investigators say they found the girl under a bed in Fox’s home wearing only a bra and t-shirt.

Authorities say the teen was taken to St. Joseph London where evidence for a sexual assault kit was taken. She was transferred to UK Hospital to be treated for the overdose, according to officials.

Investigators say Fox was charged with felony Custodial Interference and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.

Investigators say additional charges against Fox are pending.
