UPDATE: Second suspect in Lexington bank robbery arrested in Georgia
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man wanted in connection with a February bank robbery has been arrested in Georgia.
Investigators with the Lexington Police Department learned today that Jesse Williams, 27, was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice on Sunday, March 19.
Williams, along with Ashley Jones, 25, are accused of robbing the Winchester Road Chase Bank back on February 27.
Williams is currently being held at the DeKalb County Jail, and will be extradited to Lexington on a warrant for robbery.

Bank robbery suspect arrested, search continues for second suspect
A bank robbery suspect is arrested and police say they were helped by her family.

Police arrested 25-year-old Ashley Jones on Monday. She, along with 27-year-old Jesse Williams, are accused of robbing the Chase Bank on Winchester Road back on February 27.
Employees of the bank say a man and woman came in and demanded money from the teller after passing a note. They say the man was armed with a handgun. The two took off after getting money.
Court documents say after surveillance video of the robbery was released, several police officers said they recognized the two. Documents say family members of the suspects came forward, identifying them as Ashley Jones and Jesse Williams.
Warrants were then put out for their arrest.
Police are still searching for Williams.
