Lexington Police Investigating Armed Robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police say they are investigating an armed robbery.

Police say Friday night around 11:30 p.m. near West Sixth Brewing, a woman was walking on Jefferson Street when a man asked to borrow her phone.

The woman said no.

Police say the man then pulled out a gun and stole the woman’s phone and wallet, driving off in a silver car.
