Fire Kills One in Harlan County

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Sunday afternoon fire in Harlan County has killed one person, according to Kentucky State Police.

Police say when they arrived, with fire crews, flames were already consuming the home. Troopers say 61-year-old Raymond Metcalfe from Lynch was inside and died in the fire.

Investigators are now trying to figure out how the fire started.  They say they do not suspect any foul play.
