Suspects in Lexington Thefts Arrested in Jessamine Co.

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Jessamine County Sheriff says 2 men being investigated in connection to a series of thefts in Lexington have been arrested.

20-year-old James Gosser and 26-year-old Jonathon Bolton, both from Nicholasville, each face charges of receiving stolen property.

The Sheriff says deputies found Gosser and Bolton with 2 stolen ATV’s, a stolen side-by-side, and a stolen sport bike at Sunny Side Drive.

Additionally, Bolton was charged on a warrant from a September incident.  The warrant charges Bolton with fleeing or evading police and wanton endangerment.
