Armed Robbery on Rugby Road in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police are looking for two suspects they say robbed someone at gunpoint Tuesday night on Rugby Road.

Investigators say three people were walking up to a house in the 100-block around 7:15 p.m., when they were approached by two men. Police say one of the men had a bandana covering his face and had a handgun.

Police say the robbers made the three people get on the ground but only robbed one of the three, taking a cell phone and a wallet.

No one was hurt.
