Richmond PD Seeking Arson Suspect

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are looking for a suspect they say went into a home at Robinson Terrace and started a fire, intending to destroy it.

Officers say 37-year-old Mark Randall Bush is wanted on arson, burglary, and wanton endangerment charges.

According to investigators, video surveillance from inside the home shows Bush in a second floor room of the home, along with the flickering of flames that started the fire.

Police say a woman who lives at the home arrived while Bush was still there, and saw him coming from the upstairs where the fire had started.  The woman knew, and was able to identify Bush, according to investigators.

Officers say there were at least 6 other people in the home at the time.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Mark Bush is asked to call Richmond Police.

Officers say Bush has devil tattoos on both sides of his forehead, that are not visible in the above mugshot.
