LPD: Craig’s List Ad Leads to Porsche Theft

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a thief hit the road with a man’s Porsche after he listed it for sale on Craig’s list.

The victim says the suspect showed up at his home on Waterside Drive in Lexington just before 9 p.m. Wednesday.

He was supposed to be looking at the victim’s 2014 Porsche he was selling.

Instead, he pulled a gun and demanded the car.

Police say the victim told them the suspect was wearing a ski mask so he didn’t get a good look at him.
