Principal: Bryan Sta. Middle School Student Brought BB Gun to School

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – According to a letter sent to parents from Interim Principal Cecil Combs, a student will face disciplinary action after bringing a BB gun to school with him.

According to Combs, a tip from students led to finding the gun, which the principal says is considered a “dangerous instrument” at the school.

The principal says the incident provides an ideal environment to stress to students that any gun, even a toy one, is not something that should be brought into a school.

No word on the age of the child, or why he brought the gun with him.
