KSP: Teenager Accused of Assaulting 3-Month Old

PADUCAH, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a teenager was charged with assault after Baptist Health in Paducah contacted authorities regarding a 3-month old baby with a fractured femur.

Investigators say 19-year old Kelton Ragan, of Paducah, was charged with Assault 1st Degree.

State Police did release any other details.

Ragan was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
