Car crashes into home on Circle Road

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A family might have to find a new place to live tonight after a car crashed into their home early this morning.

Police say it happened on Circle Road around 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

They say two people were inside when the car crashed.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say they arrested the driver, 22-year-old Michael Johnson, and charged him with wanton endangerment and driving under the influence.

Court documents say he had an alcohol beverage on him when he was pulled from the car by firefighters.
