Golden Alert Issued for Lexington Man

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police have issued a Golden Alert for a missing Lexington man.

They say 75-year-old Stephen Rapchak suffers from dementia and needs medication.

Rapchak was last seen at his Lexington home on Tuesday afternoon.

His wife says he drove off in a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado with KY license plate KY 5789LA.

He is 6’0″ 170 lbs and was wearing tan pants, yellow polo shirt and a blue jacket.
