LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The basketball Cats will tip off the regular season with Stephen F. Austin Friday night at 7.

Rupp Arena saw some exciting exhibitions to start off the preseason.

Sunday was the big win over Asbury.  John Calipari was proud of his Cats, but once again noted he needs to see the ball go through the post more often…and sooner in games.

14 guys scored in the victory over the Eagles.
