Russell County Man Arrested After Shooting Rifle Where Kids Were Playing

RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky (WTVQ)-A Russell County man is charged with wanton endangerment after firing a rifle where kids were playing. Police say 53-year-old Lonnie Burdine from Russell Springs was arrested Friday.

Officers say Burdine shot his gun into an area where kids were riding bicycles.

Burdine is now in the Russell County Jail.
