Better than expected

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Now that we’ve seen the basketball Cats in a televised practice in front of NBA scouts, Big Blue Madness and the Blue-White game, it’s safe to say we have a good base of knowledge to work from on who will help UK this season.

Sacha Killeya-Jones is the foul king.  His performance last Friday night harkens back to the DeAndre Liggins days playing in the Blue-White scrimmage.

SKJ has impressed Cal out of the gate.  He’s not your typical McDonald’s All-American though.

He’s unrefined but he’ll have a place on the team.

Who else stands out to Cal as a guy he knew was good, but turned out to be better than expected?
