Staying fresh

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Since every season is different for Coach Cal and company, other than the fact the media picked the Cats to win the SEC again Wednesday, Cal likes to try different stuff to keep him and the staff fresh.

You can’t be stale and run the same thing time after time.  Cal is the king of reinventing the gold standard, as he likes to call the program.

So staying ahead of the game, and ahead of everyone else, is pretty crucial to the success being enjoyed in Lexington.
