Jail: Lexington inmate didn’t return from work release

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington inmate Erica Marie Hatter didn’t return to jail from court-ordered work release Monday night, according to the jail.

She was set to return at 7:00 p.m.

She was in jail on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence, Possession Control Substance 1st – Cocaine, Promoting Contraband 1st and Drug Paraphernalia.

Hatter is 29-years old. She is 5’6″ tall, 140 lbs, with brown hair and eyes.

A warrant for Escape 2nd has been issued for her, according to the jail.
