UPDATE: EKU issues all clear on report of shots fired

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Eastern Kentucky University has issued an all clear after reports of shots being fired near campus.

Richmond police say they investigated the report in the area of Summit Street and Wellington Court, but said that no active threat was identified, despite multiple reports being made.
