After the collision, a 1993 Cadillac tried to avoid the accident by dropping off the shoulder of the road and hit a guard rail, according to State Police. Investigators say no one in the Cadillac was injured.
State Police say the two driver’s, Bobby Miller and William Hampton, were wearing seat belts, but Dena Hampton was not buckled-in.
