Fans closer to getting Big Blue Madness tickets

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Solid Blue fans have been camping out since Sunday to get tickets to Big Blue Madness. Friday night the tickets will finally be handed out.

This is an annual tradition for University of Kentucky as basketball players came out of evening practice to visit and greet fans.

The players hand-delivered 200 boxes of pizza to fans camping out. For many, this is the opportunity they look forward to –getting up close and personal with the new lineup of players.

Big Blue Madness takes place on October 14th at Rupp Arena.

Ticket windows at Memorial Coliseum open up Friday at 10 pm, with a limit of two tickets per person. If you’re unable to make it down here, you can try your luck online through Ticketmaster.
