Would-Be Robber Not Taken Seriously
Police in Versailles said a would-be robber left empty-handed when he tried to hold up a Little Caesar’s Pizza.
That’s because the employees didn’t take him seriously.
They told police they thought he was drunk when he walked in and said "this is a hold-up."
The manager said when no one gave him any money, he asked for a light for his cigarette. After he got a light, he left.
Police later arrested 25-year-old Ryan Hopkins and charged him with intoxication, not robbery.
The said that’s because he didn’t have a weapon.
