Fayette Co. man arrested on child sexual exploitation offenses

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) -The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch has arrested a Fayette Co. man on charges of child sexual exploitation.

24-year-old Justin L. Cole was arrested on Thursday as the result of an undercover investigation.

Officers say they began the investigating Cole after they discovered him communicating with a minor on a social networking site.

Cole is charged with one count of prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor.  The charge could carry 1-5 years in prison.

Cole was taken to the Fayette Co. Detention Center.
