I-75 open after accident in Fayette County

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) –Lexington Police were busy on Wednesday afternoon working a collision on I-75.

Police tell us that there was a crash involving four vehicles on I-75 NB between Winchester Road and Man O’ War Boulevard.  This caused the interstate to be backed up for miles.

All lanes are now open.
