Woman arrested for drug possession and public intoxication
RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) — At 5:16 p.m. on January 18, a female was arrested for numerous drug offenses, in a Kohl’s parking lot.
Officers were called to Merchant Drive, and found a vehicle with 33 year old Breckan E. Fox, passed out inside. Officers say they made contact with her, identified her, and determined she was intoxicated with something other than alcohol.
Officers then took her into custody for Public Intoxication.
A search of Fox’s purse and vehicle produced 10 syringes, an estimated 150 small plastic baggies, 85 Gabapentin pills (painkiller + anxiety medication), 10 alprazolam pills (anxiety medication), and a portable scale.
Further investigation of her person produced a small amount of methamphetamine.
Breckan Fox was charged for the following offenses:
- Public Intoxication
- Trafficking in Legend Drugs
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree
- Promoting Contraband 1st Degree
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
