75-Year-Old Man Facing Attempted Murder & Assault Charges
State Police accuse a 75-year-old man of attempted murder.
Troopers accuse Boss Saylor of shooting 59-year-old Clifford Napier in the parking lot of Pine Flatt Baptist Church in Harlan County.
Napier was flown to a Tennessee hospital.
Saylor is charged with assault and attempted murder.
State police are not describing a motive.
