I-64 maintenance work in Franklin County Thursday
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Crews are scheduled to trim trees along I-64 in Franklin and Shelby counties on Thursday, August 24, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
The work will be done along I-64 East between mile points 45-and-48, according to the state.
The right lane of I-64 East will be closed Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until midnight. The work zone will begin at mile marker 45 in Shelby County and extend to mile marker 48 in Franklin County.
The work schedule is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
