I-64 lane closure in Franklin County on May 7

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says there will be lane closures on Interstate 64 in Franklin County on May 7.

Crews will be evaluating the pavement at the bridge over Cardwell Lane (mile marker 51.5).

The right lane of I-64 West will be closed Tuesday morning, May 7, from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  Crews will then move to I-64 East and have the right lane closed from noon until 2:30 p.m.

Motorists should expect some delays and watch for highway workers in the adjacent lane.
