$500 reward offered to help identify suspect in Parkway Market burglary

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A $500 reward is now being offered for information leading to the identification and arrest of a suspect accused of burglarizing Parkway Market in Laurel County.

According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, the burglary happened around 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 29 at Parkway Market, located off Kentucky 638 just east of London. Investigators say the incident involved a forced entry into the business.

In an update released by the sheriff’s office, Parkway Market announced it is offering a $500 reward for information that helps deputies identify and arrest the suspect.

The sheriff’s office says surveillance images from the store are being used as part of the investigation, and deputies are also working to locate reported stolen property connected to the burglary.

Anyone with information about a possible suspect is asked to contact the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office at 606-864-6600. Authorities say information will be kept strictly confidential.
