4th person charged with rape of minor
COVINGTON, Ky. (AP) — Police in northern Kentucky have arrested a fourth person and charged them in connection with an underage rape case in Covington.
The Kentucky Enquirer reported (http://cin.ci/1uW8lpG ) that Ludlow police located 20-year-old Deyshawn Perry on Saturday night and arrested him on the Covington charges.
Police previously arrested 23-year-old Jameel Mason on Oct. 9.
Mason and Perry were indicted by a Kenton County grand jury on Oct. 2 for their role in the alleged rape of a minor.
Perry is accused of videotaping the rape and distributing it to others.
Mason is charged with one count of rape. According to jail records, his alleged victim was physically helpless or incapable of consent.
Two other men also were indicted in the incident.
Jail records did not list an attorney for Perry.
