UK Research and Education Center in Caldwell County celebrates 100 years of agricultural innovation

PRINCETON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The University of Kentucky Research and Education Center in Caldwell County is marking a major milestone — its 100th anniversary.

According to UK, the center has served as a cornerstone of agricultural innovation for a century, conducting research and education that has helped farmers across the Commonwealth improve production and sustainability.

Thursday’s celebration will honor the groundbreaking research and the generations of Kentucky farmers who have benefited from it. The event is scheduled for 4 p.m. at the center on Extension Farm Road in Princeton.
