LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A continuing decline in daily new COVID case numbers in Fayette County continues to keep the county’s seven-day moving average at year-ago levels.
According to the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department’s Wednesday morning report, the county recorded seven new cases Tuesday, pushing the total since March 2020 to 35,550.
The seven-day moving average remained at 6.
The county reported no new deaths, leaving at 323 lost to COVID-related causes since March 2020.
